Before founding Hone, Randy spent the first 15+ years of his career in operational and HR leadership roles across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest, where he led training functions, supported leadership development, and oversaw large-scale training initiatives — including coordinating international launches and supporting new market operations in Hong Kong.

Today, Randy partners with organizations across North America and internationally to strengthen leadership, build cohesive teams, and cultivate respectful, psychologically safe workplaces.
