The Making Conflict Productive using TKI (Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument) is a workshop that helps individuals and teams to identify their preferred methods of approaching conflict, understand how others try to resolve conflict, and identify more appropriate methods of conflict management and conflict resolution A 10-page personalized profile based on the TKI online assessment can also be purchased as a stand alone product.
