Coming together as a team for two days has been invaluable.

Excellent course….

Randy is excellent at this work and at making the group feel heard, understood and challenged in a positive manner…a very skilled facilitator bringing everyone into the conversation. I would and will continue to work with Randy when the opportunity presents itself.
