Program Components
- Complete two weeks of learning, which combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning:
- The instructor-led sessions include four sessions in total (2 hours each).
- The self-guided online learning includes five asynchronous learning modules (approximately 3 hours of online course work per module).
- Present an application project and receive valuable feedback.
- Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Five Behaviours® concepts (a passing score of 80% is required).
Course Requirement
- Own or have access to The Five Behaviours® Team Development or Personal Development Facilitation Kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible.
- Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
- Earn a passing score on the final exam of (80%+).
- Have access to internet and a computer.
