It combines self-paced learning with live virtual classroom sessions led by expert trainers, ensuring flexibility for busy professionals. Program Components:

Duration: Two weeks of blended learning, combining live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online modules.
- Instructor-Led Sessions: Four live sessions (2 hours each).
- Self-Guided Modules: Five asynchronous learning modules (3 hours per module).
Application Projects: Present two projects (group facilitation and 1:1 coaching) and receive valuable feedback.
Certification Exam: A final exam with an 80% passing score required.

Course Requirements:

Access to the Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst™ Facilitation Kit, which will be referenced throughout the course.
Complete two weeks of self-guided learning and attend all four live virtual sessions.
Achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the final exam.
Reliable internet and computer access.
