Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification Overview

With the primary purpose to increase confidence and knowledge in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace personality assessments and training, this intensive in-person course offers new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization in Canada. This course begins with online pre-work, culminating in two days of practical application, facilitated by Hone Consulting’s expert trainers.

Everything DiSC personality profiles and training helps you build more effective relationships based on an understanding of different behavioural styles. Everything DiSC is not a test, it’s a personality assessment. This research-validated model helps you understand yourself and others, assessing differences and harnessing the value, saving you time, energy, and money. DiSC is a very simple—and memorable—model made up of four basic styles: D, i, S, and C: Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—and usually one or two styles stand out. Unlike simple personality tests, there is no perfect DiSC style.
