Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Training for Teams and Leaders


Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ is a personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. In this half-day workshop, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The result is an emotionally intelligent workforce that can support your thriving agile culture.

Learners will each complete an online assessment and receive a 26-page profile report, which provides valuable insights that help them explore the concept of emotional intelligence and take an agile approach to workplace interactions.

What is DiSC?

The more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous our working environments become, the more critical a truly agile workforce is to success. Staying agile demands that we develop and use our emotional intelligence (EQ)—a level of sophistication that we’ve never demanded before.

DiSC is a very simple and memorable model made up of four basic styles: Dominance, influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles, and usually one or two styles stand out. DiSC has been researched and analyzed for over 40 years. The online DiSC assessments use the most advanced assessment method (adaptive testing) and sophisticated algorithms to quickly analyze a person’s responses and provide the most personalized DiSC feedback possible.
