The Five Behaviors™ Personal Development Profile Report
Participants will each receive a 23-page in-depth personalized report for the individual, based on the assessment results, which provides context-specific feedback, as well as tips and strategies for improving teamwork effectiveness. It applies the principles of The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, based on Patrick Lencioni’s book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, to unlock actionable ways to optimize an individual’s contribution to a team. Through the report, participants will:
- Grasp The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team model and how they interconnect – Building Trust, Mastering Conflict, Achieving Commitment, Embracing Accountability and Focusing on Collective Results.
- Recognize the principles of great teamwork, what they bring to the team and where they can keep growing.
- Establish skills and develop plans to take back to their team to help them be stronger.
Included With Your Online Assessment:
- The Five Behaviors Comparison Reports – Follow-up reports that can be treated for any two participants to illustrate their similarities and differences. Based on data from the personality items in The Five Behaviours assessment, the reports are organized around The Five Behaviours model and illustrate two continua per behaviour. The research-validated comparison reports can be used to continue to instill The Five Behaviours model and language and to emphasize the importance of the behaviors for both individual relationships and team functioning.
