I hope you, your teams and all your loved ones are healthy and safe. Like so many, we’re monitoring the news about COVID-19 and following all directions from health and government authorities. Our deepest gratitude goes out to all the front line and essential workers in all professions, many of whom we’ve had the immense honour of working with for over 10 years, including so many professionals in health care, transportation, public service and more. You continue to be superheroes for us all in countless ways. Equally, our hearts go out to all of you who are experiencing difficulties and hardships, and for your inspiring courage during these challenging times.
At Hone Consulting, our mission has always been, and will continue to be, “to help leaders and teams have healthy relationships and positive work environments”. Now, as always, we’ll do anything we possibly can to be of service. This is likely a marathon, and we’re here for the long term to help and support you and the community. Over the last ten days, as we continue to work via online delivery of coaching and training services, we have also been busy looking at ways to use our talents and resources in the best ways possible to be the most helpful to the most people. We have many exciting ideas in the works and are open to any ideas that you have on what you’d like us to do! (Please contact me any time with your thoughts/requests by replying to this email or calling any of the numbers listed below.) You’ll likely be hearing more frequently from me in the coming weeks and months. If you’d prefer not to receive any of our updates, please feel free to unsubscribe at the bottom of this email.
For now, we just want to remind all of our connections that we have a few complimentary and simple learning videos and resources on our website, with plans for more free services to come. As well, if you’re considering any online training/e-courses etc., there is funding available through the BC Employer Training Grant. (Though we’re not experts on this, we can certainly do our best to answer any questions that you have on the application process.)
As always, we’re here for you and welcome the chance to assist, not only during these times but always. If you’re unsure about something or what we might be able to do for you, simply ask – call or email at your total convenience. Again, our absolute promise is to find a way to make whatever we can work and to be of service.
